Featuring Scaplin, Coriolanus, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Richard III and other well-known plays, this annual festival celebrates the works of Shakespeare. Held under the stars in an outdoor theatre at Ewing Manor, the performances are enhanced by the beautiful scenery. The theatre overlooks beautiful gardens and lawn, and features newly developed technology in its lighting and sound systems. Bring your rain jacket and wear comfortable clothing because, unless the weather is dangerous, the show goes on!

This well regarded play, performed at the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts on Saturdays and Sundays, March through April, is set in Palestine, 30 AD. Experience the portrayal of the life of Christ in its entirety, and hear His message in this living interpretation. In its 85th season, the play is the oldest continuously performed Passion Play in the United States, however, there have been changes to reflect modern historical knowledge.

This park was established in honor of the Kickapoos, and this event is held to welcome them back to their home. Watch dancing, participate in arts and crafts, and enjoy a variety of foods.
