I would NOT get a room on the first floor by the pool and work out room. We were not there, but I definitely could imagine that this would get loud being as there are rooms right across. (Flakymn)

For Big Families I suggest the 2 Bedroom Suite! It's Awesome, and has 2 TV's and 2 Bathrooms! You can choose either a King in the Bedroom area or 2 Queens! In the other room is a Sofa which pulls out to a bed. (joanie30735)

“Great Hotel except breakfast...”

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The room was large, comfortable, and well decorated. The shower had great water pressure and the internet was fast. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and whirlpool. Our only complaint was in the breakfast bar. When we went down to eat at about 9 am, there was little to no food. There were literally 5-6 people standing around waiting for more food to be put out. We waited for about 10 minutes, then left for a nearby fast food place because there was not enough food out or being put out to accommodate those there for breakfast. When we got back from getting our breakfast, people were still waiting for food.

We are indeed aware of the snafu regarding breakfast that day and we apologize we fell short of your expectations and our strict level of service standards.
We have corrected the problem so it will not happen in the future. We have some new breakfast staff members that are now up to speed and will be pro-active going forward ensuring there is a steady and consistent replenishment of breakfast items.
It is unacceptable for our guests to have to wait even at our busiest times, and we are sorry we failed you on this occasion, but rest assured we are aware and on top of it, in fact management stepped into the kitchen that morning to try and correct the problem.

Perfect location, fantastic staff and great service makes this my #1 pick when staying in the Greater Atlanta. This location is convenient to all major attractions in the area. If you want tremendous value in lodging, make this your choice.
